History
Smart Tooling was founded as the first division of Spintech Ventures LLC. Originally developed for a US Air Force technology program, Smart Tooling’s reformable tooling technology evolved to include useful products including reusable mandrels and elastic bladders that allow complex shapes and varied cure temperatures. These two breakthrough technologies are now available in production as Smart Mandrels and SMP Bladders.
