Produce
Validation
Smart Tooling produces the tool to fit your specifications and sends an initial tool to your facility to validate its accuracy. FAA-certification testing and AS certification testing is also available as needed. AS certification includes ISO quality standards plus 27 additional criteria for quality and accuracy. Our team completes the tool with feedback from you and prepares for implementation.
Implement
Delivery and Training
Your Smart Tooling solution is delivered. Our team comes on-site to train your production workers in the Smart Tooling Process and helps you begin using the remoldable, reusable system to save time and resources. Our platform manager is your contact for any Smart Tooling questions and customer service needs.
